1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Drompl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Drompl is an online tool that composites user-provided images into pre-rendered 3D mockup templates and delivers high-resolution export files. The Service operates on a credit basis: credits are consumed when you export a high-resolution file.
2a. Beta Access, Service Improvements & Template Availability
Drompl is currently available in beta / early access. During this period, exports may be limited to a maximum resolution of 2000×2000 px, and some features, pricing, templates, licensing options, and export formats may be unavailable, incomplete, or subject to change.
We may improve, modify, or retire mockup templates at any time — including changes to lighting, shadows, framing, camera angle, object placement, available resolutions, and export behavior — and we do not guarantee that any given template will remain available or produce visually identical results across sessions.
Files you have already exported are licensed to you under Section 7 and remain unaffected by later template changes, provided that your use complies with these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
The Service offers monthly subscription plans and one-time credit packs:
- Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) grant a pool of credits at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not carry over.
- Credit packs (purchased separately) are added to a bonus balance that does not expire.
- Credits are deducted from the subscription pool first, then from the bonus balance.
- Export cost depends on the selected resolution (e.g. 4000 px exports cost more credits than lower resolutions).
5. Billing and Payment
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you make a purchase, you are transacting with Paddle, not directly with Drompl. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access and credits continue until the end of the current paid period.
6. Refunds
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under applicable consumer protection law. This right does not apply to digital content that has already been accessed or used (i.e. if you have consumed credits to generate exports). Paddle manages this process on our behalf.
Outside the EU/UK, we do not provide refunds once credits have been consumed. If you have not used any credits, contact us within 3 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
To request a refund, contact us at the email address provided in Section 11.
7. License to Use Exported Files
Upon export, Drompl grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the resulting mockup images (the "Output") for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including portfolios, marketing materials, client presentations, websites, social media, advertisements, and publications. No attribution is required.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, package, or make the Output available as a standalone or editable design asset, including but not limited to PSD files, Figma files, Canva templates, mockup templates, mockup packs, stock assets, asset libraries, or online mockup generators.
You may not use the Output to create products where the mockup, scene, object, shadow, composition, or template itself is the main value.
Resale, redistribution, template-production, SaaS, API, and mockup-generator use require a separate written license from Drompl. Such licenses are not available during the beta period unless expressly agreed in writing.
During the beta period, exports may be limited to a maximum resolution of 2000×2000 px.
8. Your Content and Our Limited License
You retain full ownership of any images and files you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Drompl a limited, non-exclusive license to process and composite Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use Your Content for any other purpose. We do not sell, share, or transfer Your Content to third parties. We do not use Your Content to train machine learning models.
Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days of upload.
We may access Your Content for the sole purpose of diagnosing a technical issue that you have reported to us. Such access is limited to the reported issue and is not used for any other purpose.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, or violates any applicable law. Drompl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drompl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
